October 1, 2009 - GOOD news for members of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) in Hongkong and Macau: the PhilHealth Mobile Office will resume its on-site operations at the Philippine Consulate General's Office from October 18-28 in Hongkong and October 29-30 in Macau.
Dr. Rey B. Aquino, PhilHealth President and CEO said that PhilHealth will once again field its mobile officer, Paulina Taguinod, to address inquiries of OFWs at Counter 14 of the Philcongen's Office in Hongkong from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sundays to Thursdays. "She will also be joining the Social Security System and Pag-IBIG Mission in Macau in the latter part of October," Aquino said, to help address PhilHealth concerns of OFWs in Macau where over 13,000 Filipinos are currently working.
