Napakatagal po ng serbisyo ng philealth, inaabot ng taon bago matanggap ang refund. Kulang din po sa information dessimination tungkol sa philhealth. Dekada ng nagbabayad ng membership ngayon na gamitin na ang serbisyo lalong pahirap lang po.
